Mike Mason - Chief Executive Officer
Mike joined ABSNet in February 2007, bringing his hard-earned 25 year global track record for delivering major business growth and value realisation in the IT, networking and telecoms arenas.  Mike has held senior positions at France Telecom, BT and Equant and has extensive experience in the UK IT channel.  This potent mix of top-level strategic and hands-on operating experience allows Mike to act as a bridge between private business and corporate enterprises and to effect both cultural and infrastructure change, facilitating and empowering companies to connect with their objectives.

Justin Anderson - Managing Director
Since joining in March 1997 Justin has risen rapidly through the ranks resulting in his appointment as Managing Director in September 2005. Justin has been instrumental in driving the management team to realise increased revenues, whilst focusing on scaleable structure, process and stakeholder management. It is Justin's vision that has been central to architecting the company's growth strategy since his promotion to the management team.

Ian Dowding - Finance and Operations Director
Ian joined the board of ABS Network Solutions Ltd in the capacity of Finance and Operations Director September 2007. Ian is a qualified chartered accountant and holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Finance from Kingston University. Previously Ian spent 6 years with international voice distributor Crane Telecommunications Group Ltd within which Ian held the position of Finance Director. As part of the Crane Board, Ian was responsible for finance, legal, IT communications, Logistics and distribution functions. Ian’s experience includes the financial management of rapid corporate growth and various company trade dealings.

Mo Merrick - Sales Director
Mo joined ABS as a Business Development/Account Manager in August 1997, quickly showing his dynamic nature and resourcefulness in opening and managing key accounts, and focusing on growing maintenance revenues. Mo was promoted to New Business Director in 2002 and then again in 2004 to Sales Director and has focused very successfully on driving sales along with developing the sales team and supporting them with processes, forecasting and technical training..

Michael McLean - Technical Services Director
Michael joined in April 2002 so that ABSNet could make best use of his high level engineering, Microsoft and project & business process management qualifications. Following a period of fast track Cisco qualification, and having shown his abilities, he was promoted to Head of Engineering in June 2004 since when he's grown the professional
services revenue year on year. With customer service at the forefront, Michael has structured a resilient and scaleable engineering model which supports the mix of pre & post sales and integration functions his team handles.

Graham Brooks - Head of Managed & Hosted Services
Graham is a sales focussed senior Manager with over 20 years business and management experience in IT & Telecommunications sectors. Vastly qualified in the delivery of major international services projects he's worked for or with; BT, TeleCity plc, PCCW Global, Deutsche Bank, The Guardian Newspaper Group, Sony, Vodafone, T-Systems, Trader Media, The British Council and Friends Reunited, consistently defining customised services and winning against much larger companies and brands.
